Omahu Marae tip for 2 minute custard 

1 large bowl 

1 whisk 

2 cans of condensed milk 

1 box of custard powder 

boiling hot water ( preferable from the zip ) 

Put two cans of condensed Milk into a large bowl 

then add box of custard mix ingredients together 

Then slowly add boiling water while whisking briskly 

mix until you have your desired consistency 

this makes instant custard for up to 100 people 

you can double the recipe for larger manuhiri
